Révéler son univers scénique
Comédienne de formation (Dartington College of Arts, Angleterre), je travaille depuis 10 ans dans la scène pluridisciplinaire et internationale.
Je me sens connectée à l’approche artistique d’artistes tels DV8, Robert Wilson, Simone Forti, Jacques Lecoq, Robert Lepage, Mathilde Monier, et aussi, Laurie Anderson, Kate Bush, Camille, Nostfell....
Je mêle dans mes créations plusieurs arts vivants qui permettent une ouverture d’esprit et de nouvelles recherches artistiques.....
Je m’entoure de techniques telles : le yoga, Feldenkrais, Alexander, la relaxation, l’improvisation par le mouvement pour aborder l’espace scénique.....
Mon métier et mes expériences m’ont permis de collaborer avec des artistes musiciens. Je travaille en tant qu’artiste pluridisciplinaire (théâtre, danse, musique, vidéo) pour les concerts du musicien MaJiKer, co-réalisateur des deux derniers albums de Camille.....
Nous collaborons depuis deux ans sur un concert/spectacle que nous avons interprété à Paris : Mains d’œuvres, Point FMR, Sentier des Halles, Nouveau Casino et prochainement en Angleterre (Birmingham, Brighton, Londres). Pour visualiser ce travail : www.myspace.com/beneell)...
Riche de cette expérience et après une formation spécialisée dans la pédagogie de l’artiste ‘Les outils du travail corporel au service de la pédagogie de l’artiste’ et ‘technique et méthodologie du coaching d’artiste’, je me dirige vers l’accompagnement scénique pour musiciens.
Ma pédagogie d’accompagnatrice est de guider l’artiste vers son langage scénique en mettant l’attention sur sa présence sur scène, son rapport à l’espace, son rapport au public, sa respiration, ses intentions…....
Ainsi Il apprend à gérer son image sur scène et fait des choix scéniques en fonction de ses ressentis et de ses désirs.
J’ai travaillé pour: Le RIF, Maad 93, Combo 95, l’EMB de Sannois, la Cap d’Aulnay sous bois, Ben1, Aniansah, Felix Kazablanca, MaJiKer, Sacha Bernardson...

Reveal a stage world
Trained as a performer at Dartington College of Arts (England), I have been working for the last 10 years internationally (Belgium , England, Israel, New York City, France…) in many different areas of performance.
I feel connected to the work of artists such as: DV8, Robert Wilson, Simone Forti, Susan Rethorst, Jacques Lecoq, Robert Lepage, Mathilde Monier, and also, Laurie Anderson, Kate Bush, Camille, Nostfell…
In my performances I tend to mix all kind of art approaches which allow me new artistic searches and discoveries.
I ususally focus on physical methods to step into the performance space and creation process : Yoga, relaxation, Feldenkrais, movements improvisation…
My experiences of performance also led me to work with musicians. I have co-created and I am performing (theatre, dance, music and video) for the concerts/performances of the musician MaJiKer.

With this new experience and after a training on ‘Body’s tools for the artist’s pedagogy’ and ‘technique and methodology of the artist’s coach’, I am now working as a performance’s coach for musicians.
My method is to guide the artist towards his ‘stage body language’, developing his presence, his awareness on space , his relationship with the audience, his breathing, his body awareness, his intentions….
That way he learns to be aware of his image and can make his own stage decisions depending on his feelings and desires.
